Check Out ESPN’s Teddy Atlas Lose It After a Controversial Decision Against Manny Pacquiao [VIDEO]

During his career as a boxing trainer, ESPN’s Teddy Atlas was known for his fiery corner speeches. Over the weekend, he brought that same heat to a fight he was broadcasting, when he absolutely lost his mind after a controversial decision was announced.

Sunday in Brisbane, Australia, Manny Pacquiao lost a controversial unanimous decision to previously unheralded Jeff Horn, who was a heavy underdog in the bout. Horn gave a supreme effort and showed courage by absorbing a great deal of punishment from Pacquiao. But boxing experts were nearly unanimous in their opinion that Horn received a gift, and Pacquiao was the bout’s true winner.

That was certainly the view of Teddy Atlas. So outraged by the judges’ scorecards was Atlas that he went truly bonkers in a post-fight rant for the ages.

“You’re not supposed to get it for trying hard! YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO GET IT FOR WINNING!” Atlas screamed, fists clenched.

Later, he pounded the table as he kept up the rant.

“I thought Pacquiao won the fight if you go by the real rules, the Marcus of Queensbury rules! Who…lands…THE CLEANER PUNCHES!”
