Federal goons under Joe Biden’s command have declared an all-out assault on the American people, especially Trump supporters. They used a dirty tactic to get the white homeless guy and his family out in the open, and now footage shows the exact moment they opened fire and killed him.
The Daily Mail and the Idaho Statesman were able to obtain images from the site on Tuesday.
The event occurred earlier this year, in May.
The United States Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management worked together to coordinate the response to the incident.
In the Payette National Forest, south of Boise, Timber Roberts, the brother of the suspect Brooks Roberts, is shown being detained by the authorities alongside the family’s abandoned school bus.
As a result of the COVID outbreak, they had been rendered homeless and were now forced to make do without conventional utilities.
When Timber calls for help, Brooks rolls up in a wheelchair and holds out his arm to the police. Later, the footage shifts as the police appear to take cover.
The next 11 shots come from federal agents’ weapons. Brooks is heard apologizing to the police officers and explaining that he did not realize they were law enforcement.
Neither the police nor Brooks ever revealed their identities or fired a shot.
Brooks’ lawyers say that one of those bullets is now trapped in his spine permanently, and he may never walk again.
The Idaho Statesman reports that he spent nearly five months in the hospital before being released in September. He can’t move his lower body and only uses his right arm.
According to The Intercept, a sneaky ruse was used to kick off the operation. When two police officers came up to Timber and asked for a jump start, he didn’t hesitate to get in his pickup and get some jumper wires. As Timber yelled, the officers seized him and threw him to the ground.
A lawyer for Brooks, Craig Durham, told the website that the federal police officers had taken advantage of the Roberts family’s “good graces” to arrest them.
Federal police officers planned in secret to arrest this homeless family on minor misdemeanor offenses by preying on their good graces. Officers knew that the family would help two people that they thought were stranded motorists.
It’s a shame that in the wealthiest nation on earth, our federal government will expend so many resources to hassle a homeless family, botch an arrest so badly, and permanently injure someone, rather than just help them find a place to live.
Brooks and his legal team are suing the United States Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, and the Department of Agriculture. The Intercept reports that they want $50 million in damages for “extreme suffering” after the incident.
When Brooks realized the individuals were police, the claim says he dropped his weapon many feet away and did not fire. According to the claim, however, federal agents shot him in the back while he was helpless.
According to Tuesday’s Idaho Statesman report, Brooks, Timber, and Judy Roberts reached plea agreements with the prosecution. On January 4th, at the James A. McClure Federal Building in Boise, Idaho, Brooks and Judy will be given their sentences.
Timber has served his time and will not be returning to prison. He is also on probation, but it is unsupervised.
The Roberts family should have left the region, but the federal police had no right to treat them like dangerous criminals or stoop to dirty techniques. However, this has been the strategy of the Biden administration.
