I say “used to,” because on Thursday, the massive dump at the Balakliya military installation, you know, exploded.
Everyone living within a 10 kilometer radius of the blast — which Ukrainian authorities suspect was triggered by a drone dropping a bomb on the base!!! — was forced to evacuate.
