Police say that they have taken into custody three persons, for the rape and scalding of a Georgia woman during a home invasion. Josue Ramirez, 19-years-old, 17-year-old Francisco Palencia and an unidentified 15-year-old minor female have all been arrested following the break-in and violent attack according to FOX 5 Atlanta. ICE officials have confirmed that at least one of the suspects, Josue Ramirez, is an illegal alien who entered the country as one of Obama’s “innocent” children. Police say Ramirez along with the other two teenagers are accused of a home invasion which ended with the victim being both scalding with boiling water and being raped, all while her children where nearby.
The victim, who police have refused to identify for obvious reasons, told authorities Ramirez and Palencia broke into her home and shot her with Tasers. Then the pair forced her into her bedroom, but she was able to fight the two attackers off and managed to run to her children’s room. But that is when the third assailant joined in the attack. The victim says she was chased down by the two male’s accomplice, a 15-year-old girl, who knocked her down and then poured two pots of boiling hot water on her, leaving her writhing in pain on the floor.
The woman told police that Ramirez and Palencia then forced her back into her bedroom again where they both raped her. During the rape, the 15-year-old allegedly ransacked the woman’s home, while one of her children walked into her bedroom and witnessed the rapes by the illegal alien and Palencia.
Following the violent assault, rape and robbery, the woman managed to call 911 as the group of thugs fled her home. Now, thanks to a quick reaction by police, Ramirez and Palencia are being held at the Gwinnett County Jail, where Ramirez will be turned over to federal immigration officials. Gwinnett County, unlike some other major city jails has an agreement to turn over suspected criminal illegals to ICE.
Officials at the Dustin Inman Society, an advocate group for illegals confirmed that ICE currently has a detainer on Ramirez, so if he were released from the county jail for any reason, he would immediately go into federal custody to be deported. Police have not released any information on where the minor female suspect is being held.
