The indictment, now officially unsealed, shows that Lemon has been charged with two federal felony counts connected to the attack on Cities Church in St. Paul. Counts include 18 U.S.C. § 241 for Conspiracy Against the Right of Religious Freedom at a Place of Worship and 18 U.S.C. § 248(a)(b) along with § 2(a), which relate to injuring, intimidating, and interfering with the exercise of religious freedom at a place of worship under the FACE Act.
