Steve Bannon has some serious explaining to do.

Department of Justice and House Oversight records show that Jeffrey Epstein was not just socializing with Bannon. The two coordinated from 2017 to 2019 on funding, strategy, and messaging. Epstein advised Bannon on money flow, pushed European contacts, and claimed governments would fall "as planned."

According to CNN, Epstein told Bannon he needed to "understand flow of funds" and called some of Bannon's ideas "brilliant," offering to help develop arguments. Epstein also arranged foreign introductions and warned Bannon to "take no heat re me."

Their collaboration ended only when Epstein was arrested in July 2019.

This is deeply disturbing. Jeffrey Epstein was not just a financier. He was a convicted sex offender who ran an international trafficking operation. He died under suspicious circumstances before he could testify against the powerful people in his network.

And now we find out he was advising Steve Bannon for two years on political strategy and funding. What exactly were they coordinating on? Why was Epstein pushing European figures? What did he mean when he said governments would fall "as planned"?

Bannon has positioned himself as a populist warrior fighting the global elite. But these records show he was taking advice from one of the most notorious criminals in modern history. A man who trafficked underage girls.

Bannon needs to answer for this. He needs to explain why he was working with Jeffrey Epstein and what they were coordinating on for two years. The fact that their collaboration ended only when Epstein was arrested does not make it okay. It makes it worse.

Americans deserve answers. And Steve Bannon owes them the truth.
