The crowd went wild. They cheered for a woman threatening violence against federal agents trying to enforce immigration law. That is where we are as a country.

This is the same Cardi B who backed Kamala Harris, danced feet behind Bad Bunny during his Super Bowl halftime show, and has made trashing President Trump and America a theme during her live shows.

In December, she bashed the United States while performing in Saudi Arabia. "I'm starting not to like America," she told her 164 million Instagram followers. "America made me pay taxes, the Vice President talking shit about me on Twitter. I don't feel I'm appreciated in America. Y'all need to convince me to come back. Beg me to come back to America."

She said all of this while in Saudi Arabia, a country where women cannot leave the house without male permission and face imprisonment for speaking out. But sure, America is the problem.

After Trump defeated Kamala Harris, Cardi B told Trump voters "This is why some of y'all states be getting hurricanes." Because nothing says tolerance like wishing natural disasters on people who disagree with you politically.

Now she is threatening federal agents with bear mace and mob violence. That is not free speech. That is incitement. And if anyone else made those threats, they would be investigated immediately.

Cardi B hates America, loves dictatorships, and threatens federal officers. But she is a millionaire celebrity, so she gets a pass. That is the real message here.
