FBI Reports says Media's Lies Have Lead to More Violence Against Police - photo credit - Truth Feeds

As dozens of men and women on the blue line become tragic victims of violence each year, the mainstream media, according to a new FBI report is the blame. The report, “Assailant Study — Mindsets and Behaviors,” says a biased media is responsible for painting a target on the back of law enforcement beginning with the vicious lies originating in Ferguson, Mo., in 2014. How should the liberal media be held accountable for its fake news?

Mainstream media took a fictionalized account about police assailant Michael Brown, and had his life and death lionized by millions of ill-informed liberals and race baiters like Rev. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton. His death gave birth to the racist anti-police Black Lives Matter movement. Innocent police officers died as a consequence of the “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” lie, which Brown’s hoodlum partner claimed the dead man uttered before he was shot.

The study was released in April and focused on 50 highly disturbing incidents in which police officers were shot and killed in the line of duty in 2016, reported the Daily Caller. The FBI report indicated that 64 police officers were killed in direct attacks in 2016, which represented a 56 percent hike from 2015.

Consider the harsh reality that nearly all of the police murderers had several key characteristics in common. The vast majority of them had prior criminal histories and approximately 60 percent of these vicious attackers had a known history of drug use. Yet, when many of these police assailants are mentioned in mainstream news accounts, these details are never if ever mentioned.

In addition, the report found that 28 percent of the attackers or 14 of the 50 studied “had expressed a desire to kill police officers before carrying out their attacks. In those cases, assailants’ own personal experiences shaped their perceptions of police.” Equally, disturbing was how biased media reports concerning police shootings in Minnesota, Louisiana and other states also contributed and possibly magnified the assailants’ anti-police views.

Murder and mayhem followed as a direct result of the biased media reports concerning police shooting actions taken in the Dallas, TX and Baton Rouge, LA attacks according to the FBI. In addition, the report further explained that, “the assailants said they were influenced by the Black Lives Matter movement, and their belief that law enforcement was targeting black males.”

Real Americans have been severely harmed or even were murdered in cities like Chicago, New York, Baltimore, Detroit and many other urban centers across the nation due to a “de-policing” effect in law enforcement departments across the country. Many police officers are either demoralized or quite honestly scared about being unfairly targeted by unsympathetic media coverage and growing anti-police movements.
