When COVID burst onto the scene, we all knew what it was.
It would be used to create the most fear and panic in the nation and oh how did it ever?
Not only was it used to steal the 2020 election, but it was also a method to take our freedoms away.
However, what made that even worse was that it was Americans who were willing to trade freedom for an ounce of security.
Then, to get that freedom back, they offered a vaccine.
If you received this experimental vaccine, you could go back to work, visit your friends and family, and live your life.
Sadly, people rolled up their sleeves and took the shot just so they could get back to “normal,” not realizing that they just made a deal with the devil.
Over the last couple of years, we have seen a dramatic uptick in young people becoming ill, developing heart issues, or dying suddenly.
For years, vaccine manufacturers have been protected from being sued, but that appears to be changing.
Notable proponent of vaccine injuries Steve Kirsch reports that Americans may now sue Covid mRNA “vaccine” makers. Kirsch clarified:
“You can now sue the mRNA COVID vaccine manufacturers for damages and the FDA is required to take the COVID vaccines off the market.
Why? Adulteration. The plasmid bioactive contaminant sequences were NOT pointed out to the regulatory authorities.
It’s considered adulteration. I just got off the phone with Professor Byram Bridle and Dr. Robert Malone on this.”
In other words, these vaccine producers have created legal opportunities for themselves by not disclosing information about these toxins.
Additionally, a list of attorneys ready to take on these vaccine lawsuits was supplied; visit this link to view the list.
Michigan remdesivir case is very important precedent here proving liability shield falls when there is undisclosed contamination of active ingredients.

Due to the purported lack of openness, vaccine-injured patients are now able to sue each ingredient supplier separately, according to one medical professional.
Injured by a Pfizer mRNA vaccine?
You can sue every ingredient maker independently under adulterated product law.

The FDA is now at a crossroads. Either they admit that they knew about the plasma contamination, and failed to disclose that to the public and to the outside committees, or they can claim that they didn’t know about it in which case Pfizer is liable. But we have the Pfizer…

All the COVID production vials are contaminated AFAIK. From both Moderna and Pfizer.

I just got off the phone with attorney Warner Mendenhall. He confirmed I wrote is accurate and the litigation floodgates are now open.

Robert Malone @RWMaloneMD just messaged me: “Yes I think that this DNA adulteration issue could be the wedge we have been looking for. Use of a plasmid with SV40 sequences as the template for manufacturing the pseudo-mRNA is, at a minimum, reckless and I can see no logical…

Newsweek recently reported:
The administration of President Joe Biden is hiring additional attorneys to help handle the workload from vaccine lawsuits after seeing a spike in people filing claims.
The COVID-19 pandemic thrust the potential side effects of vaccines into the spotlight, prompting fierce debate about whether the benefits outweigh the potential negative outcomes.
The Health Resources Service Administration states that Americans may also be eligible for compensation if vaccination-related injuries result in non-liability.
Many of these claims, meantime, are rejected, and they constitute a different legal strategy than directly suing the producers of vaccines and the many suppliers of their ingredients.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene recently held a hearing on vaccine injuries. You can watch the full 3-hour hearing via the YouTube video below.
Military.Com explained that vaccine manufacturer lawsuits aren’t the only COVID-era lawsuits now coming to a head:
The Defense Department has been ordered to pay $1.8 million in legal fees as settlement for two lawsuits that challenged its requirement that all U.S. troops be vaccinated against COVID-19.
A Florida U.S. District Court judge awarded the money last week to the firm representing the plaintiffs, Liberty Counsel. The cases, one involving several Navy SEALs, were filed by a total of 48 service members.
In my opinion, this should just be the tip of the iceberg and people should be allowed to file a lawsuit for additional immunizations that resulted in injury or death and not be denied.
Too many children in this country have been injured due to the childhood vaccine schedule and are not allowed to sue.
I’m glad to see companies being held responsible for this, but there should be more.
So many individuals have been made sick, crippled, or dead without their informed permission, which is a crime against humanity and should be treated as such.
