Woman Bullied For The Dress She Wore To A Wedding [PHOTOS]

Liz Krueger is a nutrition and fitness coach, so it’s no surprise she’s in great shape.

Having worked hard on her body she decided to show it off in a form-fitting, strapless peach mini when she attended a friend’s big day last month — and not everyone was impressed.

“If only I knew that choosing this dress for a wedding on a 90 degree day meant so many women would be outrightly rude to me, and even come up behind me slap my ass as I’m standing alone, as quote ‘it was a dare from her friends, bc I was a target,’” she wrote on Instagram.

“And then proceed to spill a full beer spilt down my arm Just one of maaaaany acts of kindness of the night!

“Yup. That happened. Good thing for thick skin, being able to laugh at things and not take it personally, and good friends/hubby by my side.”

Her followers flocked to show their support, with many stunned that people could be so rude.

One said: “I WISH I could wear that dress! I’m sorry that you were exposed to that behaviour … it’s kind of shocking considering that everyone there were friends/relatives of the bride and groom. Best to you!”

Many others expressed the same kind of sentiment, with a lot of women bemoaning the fact they’d never look so hot in a frock so tight.

That’s not to say everyone gave Liz their backing though. Several people online said that while they liked the dress, it maybe wasn’t the right choice for a wedding.

“I wish I looked this good in a dress like that but I wouldn’t wear it to a wedding even if I did,” one said.
Another added: “I know you don’t care about my opinion, but here it comes. The dress seems inappropriate, but they were very wrong in what they did.”

The post was shared on Facebook by a radio station, where it caught the attention of mummy blogger Constance Hall.

She was horrified to hear what had happened, saying she loves how the dress “oozes pride” and that people should wear whatever makes them happy.

“In fact looking back on my wedding I am disappointed that I didn’t write on the invitations, ‘Please flaunt it, flaunt your body, whether it be rolls or muscles, skinnyminnies and magnificent curves, tall ones, short ones, round ones straight ones, I want a selection. I’d like to see them all flaunted,’” she wrote on her blog.
