Time after time, Wikileaks has said that Russia is neither the source nor is Russia connected but the liberal media fails to report on it. They would rather be purveyors of #FakeNews.
In early November Wikileaks founder Julian Assange categorically denied that the troves of US Democratic Party and Clinton work and staff emails released this year came from the Russian government,
Assange:
The Clinton camp has been able to project a neo-McCarthyist hysteria that Russia is responsible for everything. Hillary Clinton has stated multiple times, falsely, that 17 US intelligence agencies had assessed that Russia was the source of our publications. That’s false – we can say that the Russian government is not the source,” Assange told the veteran Australian broadcaster as part of a 25-minute John Pilger Special, courtesy of Dartmouth Films.
In August Wikileaks tweeted out that there was no connection between the Russians and Wikileaks.

On September 1, 2016 Wikileaks tweeted out another denial that Russia was their source:
WikiLeaks is not aware of any assertion by the US government that the DNC emails published by WikiLeaks were ‘stolen by Russian intelligence’.
In early December Wikileaks tweeted out a report by close Assange associate Craig Murray that Russia was not behind the leaked DNC email.

Former UK ambassador to Uzbekistan Craig Murray, who is a close associate of Julian Assange, said he has met the DNC leaker and he is not Russian.
From Craig Murray.org:
The continued ability of the mainstream media to claim the leaks lost Clinton the election because of “Russia”, while still never acknowledging the truths the leaks reveal, is Kafkaesque.
The Kremlin has rejected the hacking accusations, while the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has previously said the DNC leaks were not linked to Russia. A second senior official cited by the Washington Post conceded that intelligence agencies did not have specific proof that the Kremlin was “directing” the hackers, who were said to be one step removed from the Russian government.
Craig Murray, the former UK ambassador to Uzbekistan, who is a close associate of Assange, called the CIA claims “bullshit”, adding: “They are absolutely making it up.”
In October Wikileaks released an email from from Center for American Progress President Neera Tanden to John Podesta dated March 8, 2015 describes a mole in the Clinton Foundation. Podesta replied to Tanden the mole’s name is Eric Braverman.
On Thursday December 15th Wikileaks founder Julian Assange once again told Sean Hannity the Russian government was not their source for the leaked DNC emails.
When Hannity questioned Assange about the Russian government being the source of the DNC email hack, he gave the following response:
Julian Assange: “Our source is not the Russian government.”
Sean Hannity: “So in other words, let me be clear, Russia did not give you the Podesta documents or anything from the DNC?”
Julian Assange: “That’s correct.”
Sean Hannity: “Can you confirm whether or not you have information involving hacked info from the RNC?”
Julian Assange: “We received about 3 pages of information to do with the RNC and Trump, but it was already public somewhere else.”
Sean Hannity: “The CIA supposedly says that the Russians definitely tried to influence the U.S. election. What is your thoughts on that?”
Julian Assange: “I think it is very interesting ..the key quote for us is from James Clapper on the 17th of November. James Clapper is head of DNI (Director of National Intelligence)…who oversees all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies and so his statement is as far as Wikileaks connection is made to the House Intelligence Committee.”
James Clapper audio: “As far as the Wikileaks connection, the evidence there is not strong and we don’t have a good insight into the sequencing of the releases or when that data may have been provided. We don’t have as good insight into that.”
Time after time, Wikileaks has said that Russia is neither the source nor is Russia connected but the liberal media fails to report on it. They would rather be purveyors of #FakeNews.
On Monday, January 2, 2017 Julian Assange again told Sean Hannity the documents were leaked and not hacked…and they did not come from Russia.
