During Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets last week at the Kaseya Center in Florida, Irish UFC fighter Conor McGregor is alleged to have “violently” sexually assaulted a lady inside a men’s restroom.
Demand letters were filed to McGregor that TMZ Sports were able to get the claim that the incident took place after the Nuggets’ victory over the Heat on June 9.
The anonymous woman was separated from her friend and forced into a lavatory where McGregor and a personal security guard were waiting, according to attorney Ariel Mitchell’s assertions in the letters.
“Security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom,” Mitchell wrote, adding that McGregor allegedly appeared from inside a wheelchair-accessible stall “and shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her.”
The letters also claimed that the woman separated herself from the 34-year-old fighter by informing him that she needed to urinate. But according to the letters, McGregor allegedly “sodomized” the woman by pinning her against the bathroom wall and forcing her to engage in oral sex with him.
The woman repeatedly elbowed the former UFC Featherweight and Lightweight Champion at that time, according to Mitchell’s letters, which assisted the woman in escaping.
The woman apparently left her pocketbook behind, which McGregor’s security personnel “held hostage” until she begged them to give it back to her.
The woman apparently reported the attack to local officials on Sunday morning, two days after it occurred, and they advised her to seek legal counsel.
According to the Miami Police Department, the matter is still under investigation.
According to Mitchell, the woman is negotiating settlements with McGregor, the Miami Heat, and the NBA.
According to reports, McGregor’s attorneys refuted the charges and said their client “will not be intimidated.”
Officials from the Miami Heat said in a statement on Thursday that the basketball team is aware of the claims and that it will look into them thoroughly as the NBA works with them to learn more.

Officials from UFC responded to the accusations and pledged to look into them further.
“The organization is aware of the recent allegations regarding Conor McGregor and will continue to gather additional details regarding the incident,” UFC said in a statement published by TSN reporter Aaron Bronsteter. “UFC will allow the legal process to play out before making any additional statements.”
In 2019, McGregor was accused of sexual assault after an Irish lady alleged he raped her inside her car outside a Dublin bar. Authorities detained the UFC fighter in Corsica in September 2020 on charges of indecent exposure and attempted sexual assault. In January 2023, he was accused of another assault.
The alleged incident happened during the same NBA Finals game that McGregor took part in a halftime act where he punched the Heat mascot “Burnie” many times while promoting his TIDL Sports recovery spray, sending him to the hospital.
