Skin tags are a common cosmetic problem. They are so common that about 50% of adults will develop at least one at some point in their life, and the number rises steeply for those aged over 70.
They are small, flesh-colored growths and are normally just a few millimeters in size. The official medical name is acrochordons, but are called skin tags for the sake of simplicity.
According to the Mayo Clinic, skin tags are benign and flesh-colored pieces of skin attached by a thin stalk. Some mistake skin tags for other conditions or they’re concerned that they’re a sign of a serious medical problem. This isn’t the case.
They’re completely harmless and benign growths. The problem with skin tags is that they don’t look nice when they grow bigger, or appear in a cluster. And, if you irritate a skin tag, it can become infected. That why people with skin tags decide to remove them at home.
You may have read on how to remove the skin tags on a natural way by applying apple cider vinegar everyday, but there’s a better way.
In the video below, which is only a minute long and has been viewed nearly 800,000 times, you’ll learn how easy it is to use TagBand to get rid of skin tags.
The TagBand skin tag removal kit is a cost-efficient home treatment solution that removes skin tags successfully by use of a small band applied close to the base of the skin tag. For a skin tag to be treated and removed, its blood supply which is vital to the skin tags growth and survival needs to be significantly reduced. Once the oxygenated blood is reduced to a significant level the skin tag will start to change colour as it begins to die before dropping off.
The band is applied using the supplied device and when attached to the skin tag it retracts back to its original size. Once the band has been attached to the skin tag it starts to significantly reduce its blood supply. After several days, the skin tag will start to shrink and change colour. This is its final stage before removal and within a few days the skin tag will fall off leaving only a small blemish. TagBand kit is designed to be used on skin tags on the face and body but we wouldn’t recommend using it around the sensitive eye area.
