The Woman from the Viral ‘Fake Homeless’ Video Has Been Arrested [WATCH]

The woman captured in the viral video of a “fake homeless” woman was recently arrested by police in Henrico, Virginia, reported WTVR.

Micha Leigh Dominguez, 40, was arrested and charged with three counts of throwing a missile at a moving vehicle — she reportedly threw Gatorade bottles at a woman’s car. Dominguez’s arrest came just days after she was featured in a viral video where a man confronted her for pretending to be homeless.

In the video below he confronts her and asks what she’s doing. Her cardboard sign says that she’s homeless, but she quickly changes her story and claims to be disabled. She declined to comment on the nature of her disability, but it clearly isn’t physical as she has no problem jogging up and down the road to pester drivers for spare change. When people refused, she would often become aggressive and scream obscenities at them

The video below went viral almost immediately and viewers througout the Richmond area immediately recognized the woman. “I’ve been complaining about this woman for months!” writes one viewer. “I salute you for exposing this scumbag! I pass by her pretty much every day at glenside and broad street. I’ve seen her drive a green Nissan xterra SUV down to the Intersection with her dog in the car begging for money. Good job!”

“Upon arrival the officers located the female complainant in the parking lot near the IHOP restaurant. The complainant advised officers that while standing in the median, several people began harassing her and videotaping her,” Henrico Police Lt. Richard Cosby told WTVR. “While speaking with the complainant, the officers were approached by another woman who told officers that the subject they were talking with had thrown items at their cars while in the parking lot, and that the incident had been videotaped, which was subsequently shared with the officers.”
