The Transportation Security Administration is one of the least popular federal agencies, and not without reason. I’m not sure if they poll which bureaus Americans despise the most, but I’m pretty sure only the Internal Revenue Service would beat them to the punch. (To be fair, Democrats like taxes while no one likes the TSA.)
The TSA is inefficient, ineffective, and a waste of taxpayer funds. Its employees are the unmotivated, cantankerous gatekeepers at the end of a 45-minute security checkpoint line who make us remove our shoes and check for anything in them. (And, as it turns out, that’s not very helpful in preventing a footwear-based terror attack in the first place.)
However, it turns out that they can be useful at times — even if they are awful at the same time.

I’d like to point you to these Sunday headlines from two right-wing publications: the New York Post and the Daily Mail in the United Kingdom.
The Post: “Trans woman left sobbing in JFK airport after TSA agent hit her testicles: report.”
The Daily Mail: “Transgender woman posts sobbing selfie in JFK bathroom after claiming female TSA agent punched her testicles and left her in extreme pain.”
You might notice some dissonance between reality and the words being used to describe it.
Here’s the story, as first reported by the Daily Mail: A man who identifies as a woman posted a series of social media missives after a traumatic experience going through security at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City.
In the posts, the transgender individual said the agent punched him in the testicles and “yelled at me for having a penis.” A selfie taken in a bathroom stall showed the poster crying, saying his “balls still hurt so bad.”
“Haven’t stopped crying since an hour ago,” he said.
“I don’t want the TSA agent that hurt me fired,” he added in another post. “I want her educated and the entirety of TSA abolished altogether.”
According to the Daily Mail, “after being ‘humiliated’ in the airport safety check line, she claimed the female agent then followed her into the women’s bathroom and discussed the interaction with a coworker while she wept behind a stall.”
The posts were later removed, and the man’s Twitter account is now locked, with the profile message, “please leave me alone. i’ve done nothing to any of you.”

However, the airport has publicly expressed regret for the incident on Twitter.
“We apologize again for your experience,” JFK Airport said via its account. “Your comments have been noted and shared.”
Again, there are several things that should be mentioned here.
The first is that the allegation that a government employee punched someone in the testicles in the name of “safety” is horrifying. If this is the case, the TSA agent must be held accountable.
The second point to make is that this poster gets a few things right: The TSA should be abolished, and this individual should be left alone. Don’t go looking for him online, don’t be a troll, and don’t blame him for anything unless it turns out this story was greatly embellished or outright fabricated.
Having said that, this story emphasizes three key points: 1) being hit in the testicles hurts, 2) women don’t have testicles, and 3) even right-wing sources have caved to gender-language cops who demand we call people what they claim to be, not what they are.

It’s ironic that they should say that, given that the crime of “misgendering” was what got The Babylon Bee, a satirical website, kicked off Twitter in the first place. (It made the woke solecism of naming Rachel Levine, née Richard Levine, Assistant Secretary for Health, as its Man of the Year.)

But here’s the thing: people are starting to notice.
Yes, the Post and Daily Mail have caved into the gender-language police. Even so, those headlines are attempting to cover a king-size bed’s worth of truth with a twin-size fitted sheet. Wokeism, no matter how hard it is pushed, can never produce enough bed linen to completely conceal the mattress of biological fact.
Again, let me emphasize: we have no idea what happened. Did the TSA agent simply react in surprise because she mistook the passenger for a woman and discovered otherwise? Or was this a cruel act committed by someone on a power trip? It’s unlikely that we’ll ever know the whole truth.
However, no matter how hard you try to change the English language and the definition of gender, biology remains a constant. These headlines, however, woke they may be, perfectly illustrate that point.
You can cry all you want, lefties. In terms of chromosomes, XX is XX and XY is XY.
