The Catholic Church Is Taking A HUGE Shot At The Los Angeles Dodgers After They Backtracked On…
The Los Angeles Dodgers’ spitting in the faces of Catholic baseball fans won’t go unpunished.
After the Dodgers recognized an anti-Catholic hate group that dresses up as nuns in drag, a significant Catholic advocacy group is starting a $1 million campaign to urge fans to boycott the franchise.
According to Fox News, CatholicVote’s Brian Burch outlined the organization’s justification in a letter to the franchise on Thursday.
The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence were welcomed to the Dodgers’ pro-LGBT “Pride Night” celebration earlier this month, but they were later invited back (at the urging of lefty activists).

The group insults Catholics and all Christians by using images of Catholic nuns and even Jesus himself in their sexualized drag acts.
“We wrote to you last week with a reasonable ask: Please do not honor this anti-Catholic hate group,” Burch told the team in the letter.
“There is no place for anti-Catholic bigotry, mocking of religious sisters, or celebrating a perverse activist group whose identity is marked by blasphemy and mockery of Catholics.”
“Because of your decision to refuse to extend even a gesture of courtesy, we have announced the launch of a $1 million multi-channel ad campaign that will begin next week.”
“The goal of this campaign is simple: to urge all people of goodwill to express their opposition to your celebration of anti-Catholic bigotry and mockery.”
“You have left us with no choice.”
Burch notified the group that advertising criticizing the Los Angeles Dodgers would run near Dodger Stadium.
The organization’s chairman pushed the Dodgers administration to meet with Catholic community members, including nuns, as the team had demonstrated a willingness to do for the LGBT community.
The Dodgers scheduled a Christian Faith and Family Day as a response to the burgeoning Christian boycott of the team.
The event was promoted on Twitter by Christian pitcher and three-time Cy Young Award winner Clayton Kershaw of the Dodgers.
Excited to announce the relaunch of Christian Faith and Family Day at Dodger Stadium on July 30th. More details to come— but we are grateful for the opportunity to talk about Jesus and determined to make it bigger and better than it was before COVID. Catholic leaders aren’t being deterred from the act of anti-Catholicism the club plans to showcase by the event’s political timing, though.

Not enough, @Dodgers. If you really want to reach out to Christians, don’t celebrate anti-Christian hate groups. https://t.co/Ne7RNWr2DF

The Dodgers will present a Community Hero award to The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence at the team’s LGBT celebration, according to The New York Times.
