Cellphone Store Employee Steals Woman’s Sex Video And Sends It To Himself

A 25-year-old Florida man was arrested after he allegedly sent himself a sexually explicit video from a customer’s cell phone while working at T-Mobile.

Roberto Sanchez-Ramos, 25, was assisting a woman at a T-Mobile in Pinellas Park, Fla. on Friday afternoon at 4:37 p.m. The customer was hoping to have her phone fixed and she gave it to Sanchez-Ramos, hoping he’d restart and reactivate the device, ABC Action News reports.

Following the repair, the T-Mobile customer realized that someone had gone into her email. Ramos took her phone and looked through it. When he saw the woman’s sex video, he sent it to himself via email.

Police arrested Sanchez-Ramos and charged him with offenses against computer users and scheme to defraud. He’s being held on a $10,000 bail.

Sanchez-Ramos has actually found himself in legal trouble before at T-Mobile.

Last year, Sanchez-Ramos pleaded guilty to a fraudulent scheme to boost his own sales at T-Mobile, The Smoking Gun reports. He was sentenced to 18 months probation and had to reimburse T-Mobile $200.

It’s unclear how he remained employed by T-Mobile after the felony.
