Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
The far-left actress Susan Sarandon had her talent agency fire her on Tuesday as a result of comments she made at a pro-Palestinian event last week in New York City that were anti-Semitic.
One of Hollywood’s biggest agencies, United Talent Agency, fired the 77-year-old Oscar winner after she made the implication in Manhattan last Friday that American Jews are only “getting a taste” of hatred. Tensions have increased worldwide since Hamas militants slaughtered at least 1,200 Israeli citizens last month.
According to a UTA official who spoke with Deadline, the “Thelma & Louise” actress is no longer represented by the agency.
UTA rejected any additional comments on the subject.
The agency also informed Page Six that Sarandon would need to look for new legal representation, but they also invited more comments.
On Friday, while protesting the nation’s fight against Islamic terrorism on the streets of New York City alongside hundreds of other protestors, Sarandon let loose a flood of hate speech directed against Israel.
According to the New York Post, Sarandon participated in shouts that said, “Palestine will be free from the river to the sea!”
Most people interpret the statement as a threat to use whatever means necessary, including the destruction of Israel, to drive the Jewish people from their historic country.
According to The Post, Sarandon then mentioned an increase in anti-Semitism in the United States before implying that it was justified.
“There are a lot of people that are afraid, that are afraid of being Jewish at this time, and are getting a taste of what it feels like to be a Muslim in this country,” the actress said.
Sarandon has also expressed opposition to Israel’s right to self-defense through her X account.
Among those who criticized Sarandon for her remarks was Aviva Klompas, the former head of speechwriting at the Israeli Mission to the UN.
“When Susan Sarandon said that Jews ‘are getting a taste of what it feels like to be a Muslim in this country,’ she was saying that American Jews have it coming — that we don’t deserve to live free from harassment and assault,” Klompas posted.

The day after the studio behind the “Scream” movie franchise fired Sarandon for anti-Semitic remarks on social media, UTA decided to cut off its relationship with her.
The actress Melissa Barrera has withdrawn from the upcoming film “Scream VII” due to remarks she made on her Instagram page accusing Israel of “genocide.”
The Hollywood Reporter claims that Barrera recently claimed that Gaza is “being treated like a concentration camp” in one of her “stories” on the site.
“Cornering everyone together, with nowhere to go, no electricity no water … People have learnt nothing from our histories,” the actress continued. “And just like our histories, people are still silently watching it all happen. THIS IS GENOCIDE & ETHNIC CLEANSING.”
The studio behind the newest “Scream” movie, Spyglass, made an announcement on their choice to break things up with Barrera.
“Spyglass’ stance is unequivocally clear: We have zero tolerance for antisemitism or the incitement of hate in any form, including false references to genocide, ethnic cleansing, Holocaust distortion or anything that flagrantly crosses the line into hate speech,” the company said.
Susan has always found great satisfaction in being on the losing side of things.
