A disturbing video of a naked man whose screaming at people in their neighborhood who was allegedly high on drugs after cutting off his penis was arrested by the police.

It was uploaded to LiveLeak on Tuesday with the description: ‘911 calls on Monday 07/24 evening were made saying a naked man in his 20s appeared to be high on acid when he cut his own penis off.

‘Big guy then began vandalizing parked cars and taunting witnesses near the intersection of Grace Street and Drake Avenue in the Irving Park community of Chicago, next to John B Murphy Elementary, before being tased multiple times by responding officers.’

According to a witness Eriz Gonzalez: “I went to visit my boy after work, and when I parked up I seen (naked guy still clothed) rolling around in the middle of the street.

“People were around him and he started cussing him out and pushing them.

“They left, and he stripped but ass naked in the middle of the street.

“I left my car and chilled with my boy outside to see whats going on.

“Mind you, this is literally across the street from an elementary school, which kids were present.

“He went to random peoples’ houses, broke their windows and started hitting and bashing windows of a randomly parked car, naked of course.

“We stayed out to see if he was going to bash our, however he started to come towards us.

“We closed and locked the gate, and at that point the police came.”

Harrowing footage shows the distressed man — believed to be high on acid or synthetic drugs — screaming at residents trapped in their Chicago garden.

In the video, captured behind a gated complex, the man can be seen shouting and swearing. His legs are covered in blood.

He then bolts toward a female police officer who is standing in the middle of an intersection.

She quickly draws her taser and shouts at him to “get on the ground” before she fires and the naked man is floored behind her squad car.

The witness filming the incident says: ‘Oh my God. He’s going to get killed — he’s going to get shot, bro.’

He shouts at the officers to shoot the man.

“Oh my God, bro. Shoot his a**. Shoot that mother f****r”, the cameraman screams. “This is a time when you shoot people!”.

More Chicago police cars then arrive at the scene and the man is further tasered.

The video ends with the man lying on the ground surrounded by cops and taken into custody.

The video has been met with shock and speculation over possible drug-induced psychosis.
