No one noticed the horrific truth about the photo until more than 3,400 yearbooks were distributed to the students and school staff. And when they saw what was hiding in plain sight, many people grew nauseous.
An Arizona high school student is facing dozens of counts of indecent exposure after he flashed his genitals in a photo of the football team that made it into the yearbook, police said.
Now one Red Mountain High School football player’s career could be ended before he even graduates. Because his criminal transgression was documented in the yearbook photo, he could be rotting in jail while the rest of his teammates are crossing the stage to get their diplomas. Check out what this sick teenager did below…
While Hunter Osborne thought he had simply conducted a meager prank, the law did not look on it so lightly. Now instead of wearing a cap and gown for graduation, Osborne will be hanging out with new prison buddies wearing his orange jumpsuit.
Although Osborne might be a high school student, he is legally an adult at the age of 19. And because of that, his criminal act will not be taken lightly.
The teen exposed his genitalia in the photograph. Now he has been charged with 69 counts of indecent exposure, which amounts to a class 1 misdemeanor, and one count of furnishing harmful items to minors, a class 4 felony.
That’s right, this “prankster” is getting the punishment he deserves for his sick crime.
In the second row, wearing number 42, Osborne stands with his manhood exposed in full view. The two teammates in front of him have parted enough for his genitals to be seen by the entire school.
Although many people think Osborne should be charged with 3,400 counts of indecent exposure, the district attorney’s office charged him with just 69 counts because that was the amount of people present during the photoshoot.
At the time the picture was taken, Osborne was 18. But when the yearbook was distributed, the young adult was arrested on April 30. School officials discovered the lewd photograph in their yearbook and called the police.
After his arrest, the criminal teen was released from jail on his own recognizance. But don’t worry Mesa, Arizona readers, this alleged sex offender will wear an electric bracelet until his court date.
Osborne claims that he didn’t realize that what he was doing was illegal. Now that he knows, he says he feels “disgusted” with himself. And all the parents of Red Mountain High graduates have to agree. This is not the kind of person they want their children to share the graduation stage with.
