Senator Rand Paul Gives Dr. Fauci a Verbal Smackdown We’ve All Been Waiting On [VIDEO]

Since the COVID fiasco began one year ago there have been conflicting arguments from those supposedly in charge about how to deal with the virus.

First, we were just going to have lockdowns for 15 days to flatten the curve which has now turned into one year. Then masks were to be worn if one was sick or stand six feet away, but then morphed into everyone must wear masks, stand six feet away, and also have a vaccine.

As we wade deeper into this shit show of a “pandemic” there have been requests to double mask, triple mask, wear pantyhose over your mask, and whatever else the government doctor quacks feel like adding to their evergrowing lists of precautions.

Thankfully, there are those in our government who are actually doctors who understand how herd immunity works and has the spine to say it.

Enter onto the stage, Sen, Rand Paul of Kentucky.

On Thursday, Paul had a chance to “chat” to leftist puppet Dr. Fauci about his nonsensical guidelines on the virus but instead gave the quack a verbal smackdown that all common sense Americans have been waiting for since this entire thing began.

“No evidence that there are significant re-infections after vaccine,” Senator Paul said. “In fact, I don’t think we have a hospitalization in the United States after the two-week period after the second vaccination.”

“You have a death in the United States,” Dr. Fauci replied. “You’re not hearing what I’m saying about variants, we’re talking about wild type versus variants, and now the…”

“What proof is there that there are significant re-infections with hospitalizations and death from the variants…” Paul continued. “None in our country. Zero.”

“Well, because we don’t have a prevalent of a variant yet,” Fauci objected. “We’re having one… can I finish? We’re having 117 that’s becoming more dominant…”

“You’re making a policy based on conjecture,” Senator Paul responded.

“No, it isn’t based on conjecture,” Fauci said.

“You’re pointing to variants, so… you want people to wear masks for another couple of years,” Paul continued.

“No,” Fauci said.

“You’ve been vaccinated and you parade around in two mask for show,” Paul went on.

“No,” Fauci said again.

“You can’t get it again,” Paul continued. “There’s almost… there’s virtually zero percent chance you’re gonna get it, and yet you’re telling people with that have had the vaccine who have immunity… you’re defying everything we know about immunity by telling people to wear a mask who have been vaccinated.”

“No,” Fauci said again, though it is unclear what part he was objecting to.

“Instead, you should be saying, ‘There is no science to say we’re going to have a problem from the large number of people who have been vaccinated,” Paul went on. “Do you want to get rid of vaccine hesitancy? Tell them they can quit wearing their mask after they get the vaccine. You want people to get the vaccine? Give them a reward instead of telling them that the nanny state is gonna be there for three more years and you got to wear a mask forever. People don’t want to hear it. There’s no science behind it.”

“Well, let me just state for the record, masks are not ‘theater,’” Fauci said. “Masks are protective.”

“If you have immunity, they are theater,” Paul responded. “If you already have immunity, you are wearing a mask to give comfort to others, you are not wearing a mask because of any science,” Paul concluded while talking over a member who was interrupting him.

“I totally disagree with you,” Dr. Fauci said, though he gave no reasoning why.

New studies released by the CDC shows masks were remarkably ineffective at preventing case rate growth and mortality rates. Masks’ effectiveness after weeks of compliance varied from 0.5% to 1.9% maximum possible COVID-19 spread prevention after 100 days of implementation. This is virtually within the margin of error due to reportage issues. Furthermore, a CDC report from October said that over 70% of COVID-19 said they “always” wear masks.

In March, the CDC nonetheless stated that people who get vaccines should also wear masks.

“Fully-vaccinated Americans can gather with other vaccinated people indoors without wearing a mask or social distancing, according to long-awaited guidance from federal health officials,” the AP reported.

“The CDC is continuing to recommend that fully vaccinated people continue to wear well-fitted masks, avoid large gatherings, and physically distance themselves from others when out in public,” the AP continued. “The CDC also advised vaccinated people to get tested if they develop symptoms that could be related to COVID-19.”

Yup, that sounds like nonsense to me, right?

Senator Rand Paul is absolutely right about masks. And the Democrats will keep up the charade as long as the American people continue to let them.
