Rosie O’Donnell: America Has “Less Than 3 Weeks” to Stop “Mentally Unstable” Trump [VIDEO]

The Twitter feud between actress Rosie O’Donnell and President-elect Donald Trump continues.

O’Donnell tweeted that Trump is “mentally unstable” and warned the U.S. it has only three weeks to stop him, reports the Daily Mail.

In the Jan. 1 tweet, O’Donnell links to an article about author Harry Hurt III, who wrote the 1993 book, “Lost Tycoon: The Many Lives of Donald J. Trump.”

Hurt was visiting Trump’s Mar-a-Lago golf course in Palm Beach, Florida, with mutual friend, conservative billionaire David Koch, when Trump approached him and told him to leave. In Hurt’s biography of Trump, he references an rape accusation against Trump by his ex-wife, Ivana. Ivana has since recanted the accusation she made during their divorce proceedings, but Hurt included it in his biography.

The O’Donnell-Trump feud began in 2006, when O’Donnell was a host on ABC’s “The View.” She attacked Trump for his treatment of women as CEO of the Miss Universe pageant. Trump fired back, calling her names like “fat pig” and “slob.”

Trump brought up O’Donnell during the presidential debates, when he was accused of insulting women. Trump said, “Somebody who’s been very vicious to me, Rosie O’Donnell — I said very tough things to her. And I think everybody would agree that she deserves it, and nobody feels sorry for her.”

O’Donnell then made waves after suggesting that Trump’s 10-year-old son, Barron, is autistic. Barron’s mother, Melania Trump, fired back at O’Donnell, who since deleted the tweet and apologized.

It remains to be seen if this latest tweet will rekindle the ongoing feud. Only time will tell if Trump fires back.
