A 38-year-old woman was arrested this week after authorities say she admitted that she let two men kiss and touch the young girl.
Rebecca Lynn Shadle reportedly allowed at least two men to kiss and fondle a 7-year-old girl under her care in exchange for $60, police in Pennsylvania claim.
Pennsylvania police allegedly received an anonymous tip through a child abuse line and interviewed the victim this week, they have confirmed the allegations against Shadle who also let the men kiss and molest the young girl under her care.
Shadle had been arrested on charges of prostitution and told investigators that she had sex with the men in her apartment in exchange for cash.
Rebecca Lynn Shadle told police that she was drunk at the time of the assault and needed the money. She also claimed during an arraignment that she was fearful for her life, but did not elaborate as to why.
One of the men accused of molesting the young girl was identified as 49-year-old Brian Spillar, who is awaiting arraignment on charges including aggravated indecent assault.
The other man involved in the assault was identified as “Greg,” but was not identified officially. Police are still trying to determine that man’s identity, and determine whether a third man also may have assaulted the young girl.
The girl was not identified by name in reports, which is standard for underage victims of alleged sexual abuse.
Reports say Shadel was a recovering alcoholic and that her children were removed from her care six months ago after she overdosed on heroin.
Rebecca Lynn Shadle remains in jail on $100,000 bond. She faces charges of patronizing a victim of sexual servitude, aggravated indecent assault of a child, sexual exploitation of a child, child endangerment, and corruption of minors.
