One State Just Issued A Major Ruling About Ivermectin!

As it has been mentioned many times before, the denial of early COVID-19 treatments is the biggest tragedy of this entire ‘pandemic.’ The mainstream media has done all that it can to bolster their ratings by claiming that this virus has a 99% fatality rate instead of it being a 99% survival.

Cheap medications like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) could have saved hundreds of thousands of  American lives which is the true-crime of this virus.

After reports broke of U.S. Congress members receiving Ivermectin on the down-low, there’s higher scrutiny to make these repurposed drugs widely available to the American public.

A breakthrough from Nebraska indicates the pressure is working to make Ivermectin and HCQ accessible to more Americans.

The Attorney General of the State of Nebraska gave this legal opinion:

This is a major victory in the fight to make safe, effective treatments available to everyone.

Doctors who spoke positively about their potential benefits were threatened, ostracized, and silenced, but that is about to change.

The Attorney General won’t seek disciplinary action against any doctor who prescribes off-label drugs to treat COVID-19.

News Channel Nebraska reported:

The office of Attorney General Doug Peterson released a legal opinion saying it didn’t see data to justify legal action against health care professionals who prescribe ivermectin, a decades-old parasite treatment, or hydroxychloroquine, a malaria drug that former President Donald Trump took to try to prevent a COVID-19 infection.

“Based on the evidence that currently exists, the mere fact of prescribing ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 will not result in our office filing disciplinary actions,” the Republican attorney general said in the opinion.
Many health experts and leading medical groups have been trying to stop the use of both drugs, arguing that they can cause harmful side effects and there’s little evidence that they help. It’s also unclear whether many doctors are actually prescribing them in Nebraska or elsewhere, although a few isolated cases have emerged nationally.

From TrialSite News:

In what some might consider a bombshell breakthrough, the Attorney General of the State of Nebraska provided a legal opinion to the state’s Health and Human Services Department head. This just-released formal legal opinion suggests that the off-label use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for the prevention or treatment of COVID-19 is acceptable. The Attorney General’s conclusions: “Allowing physicians to consider these early treatments will free them to evaluate additional tools that could save lives, keep patients out of the hospital, and provide relief for our already strained healthcare system.”

This bombshell finding comes from a letter from Douglas J. Peterson, Attorney General, as well as James A Campbell, Solicitor General, and Mindy L. Lester, Assistant Attorney General to Dannette R. Smith, Chief Executive Officer, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

Smith requested an analysis from the Attorney General’s Office to assess whether it was unlawful or otherwise subject to discipline under Nebraska law for a licensed health care provider to prescribe ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, or other “off-label use medications…
