A woman got into an argument after suspecting that her husband was cheating on her, and decided to invite her sister’s husband to mediate the situation, only for the mediator to molest the couple’s 13-year-old daughter instead.

After committing the act, the 45-year-old accused reportedly told his niece that he wanted her to provide him oral sex ‘the next time’.

The harrowing incident took place in a flat at Jurong West, in Feb 10, 2014, reports Lianhe Wanbao via Lianhe Zaobao.

The parties cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim.

The accused, a sales and service and engineer, faces one charge of molestation, which states that he had groped the victim’s chest, touched and kissed her private parts on Feb 10, 2014.

The victim, currently 16 years old, was 13 years old during the time of the offence and a secondary school student.

The accused has denied having committed the offence, but after five days of trial, the judge found him guilty and sentenced him to 21 months in prison and four strokes of the cane.

He is currently out on $25,000 bail and awaiting his appeal.

During the trial, the public prosecutor pointed out that the couple had been quarreling as the woman suspected that her husband was having an affair, and the two decided to ask the accused over to their home to mediate the escalating situation on Feb 9, 2014.

The couple and the accused talked until 3a.m. the following morning (Feb 10), and the girl did not attend school on that day.

At one point, the accused left to buy food for the victim’s mother on the noon of the incident.

The accused then pointed out that the environment at the victim’s home was not conducive for her studies, and asked to bring her back to his own home, so that he could guide her.

However, upon reaching his house, the accused immediately asked the victim if he could touch her.

Although the victim rejected, the accused proceeded to reach beneath her underwear and molested her.

He then took off her shorts, before touching and kissing her private parts.

The ordeal lasted about 15 minutes, until the accused’s cellphone rang and he left to take a call.

The victim testified in court that she was in distress and did not know what to do while the accused molested her.

She quickly grabbed her clothes and ran into the washroom to wash herself while the accused was on the phone.

Three days after the incident, on Feb 13, 2016, the accused went over to the couple’s house again, claiming that he needed to talk to his sister-in-law’s husband.

He took the opportunity to bring the victim to a supermarket and told her that he would be more ‘professional’ if they did it in the future, and he would be naked.

He also told her that he wanted her to provide him oral sex the next time.

The victim told her teacher in school about the incident the following day.

Pardon the pun, but the accused has balls.  I don’t believe there is a man alive who wouldn’t know that the young girl wasn’t into it, and for this bonehead to address her a second time and plan for more sex shows where his brains are.
