The video showing a man pulling an ingrown hair out of the side of his face with a pair of tweezers is one of the internet’s grossest videos for this year.

The aptly-named Joe Gross posted a YouTube video showing him extracting an ingrown hair out of the side of his face with a pair of tweezers in front of his bathroom mirror, Metro reports.

“I had this pimple that would ooze every couple of months for the last year or so,” the man said.

Gross has what may be the longest ever ingrown hair, which doctors thought was just a pimple.

“The dermatologist told me it was a cyst she would have to cut out,” he said. “Apparently it was just the longest ingrown hair in history.”

Originally shared around two years ago, the video has only recently gone viral after being shared via Reddit.

Comments flooded after the video has been viewed more than 11,000,000 times.

“Was anyone else slightly agitated when he didn’t take the hair off the tweezers when he was pulling more hair out?” SpaztallicA wrote.

“Yes! I was like clean your damn tweezers between pulls u idiot! And whenever I notice an ingrown hair, I’m female and get them from shaving my lady parts, I’m after it immediately and in fact I check for them when I’m showering . How did he let this go so long on his face for god sake damn what the dermatologist said,” one mad viewer responded.

“Another commented, “Made me feel weird that he didn’t just wash the tweezers to get the hair off, it is irritating.”
