LeBron James cannot help himself when it comes to wading into issues that create more division. Earlier yesterday, the NBA star put a target on the back of the police officer in Ohio who shot Makiah Bryant on Tuesday evening. Bryant was moments away from brutally murdering another woman with a knife the officer shot her 4 times.
However, instead of James acknowledging any of the facts of this case, this race-baiter decided to threaten the officer with two words in all caps – “YOU’RE NEXT”.
Twitter exploded with reaction at LeBron’s tweet along with the fact that he removed the post entirely:

It appears that James took down the post since he is well aware that if something does happen to this officer he would be held accountable. It took James 40 minutes to remove the offending post, and then offered up this bizarre reason for why he did.
“ANGER does none of us any good and that includes myself! Gathering all the facts and educating does though! My anger still is here for what happened that lil girl. My sympathy for her family and may justice prevail!,” he said in his first tweet.

I’m so damn tired of seeing Black people killed by police. I took the tweet down because its being used to create more hate -This isn’t about one officer. it’s about the entire system and they always use our words to create more racism. I am so desperate for more ACCOUNTABILITY

Twitter absolutely eviscerated him in response:
You took it down because it threatened the life of an officer who stopped a girl from being murdered. You directly threatened him, realized it, and didnt want to be held liable, you complete piece of shit.

Maybe she shouldnt have tried to murder another girl…
But only one black life mattered to you there.

He saved her life. You should be thanking him and educate the children to not fight with knives pic.twitter.com/NDSmHTGGV4

You have so much influence man… Please educate yourself before posting about these things. You hold a ton of power.

Imagine if that were your daughter in the Pink. What would you want that officer to do? pic.twitter.com/EcYvry3ubx
