Carlos Quijada-Lara entered a plea deal last week after admitting a trespassing charge for bedroom antics in the Colorado Springs home of Logan Pierce and Mikaela DiGuilio last November.
According to court records, the daytime romp was exposed by a Nest security system that was surveilling the $1,100-a-month flat.
The incriminating video evidence shows him and another man stripping before having a romp.
His partner then wiped his genitals on the dress Mikaela wore when she married Logan last year.
Quijada-Lara, 39, was also seen using a second garment to wipe a lubricant stain left on the bed sheet.
Cops nabbed the landlord when Pierce sent them the video captured by the Nest camera while the married couple left the premises soon after.
“I got a notification from one of the cameras on lunch the other day that it detected noise and it was strange because both of us work all day everyday,” Logan Pierce said. “I opened up the camera and kind of had to like quit the program and like restart it again because I didn’t really believe what I saw.”
Quijada-Lara is facing up to four years in jail after pleading guilty to trespassing in Colorado Springs in the US. He will be sentenced in September.
