JUST IN: Texas AG SLAMS Biden With MASSIVE Lawsuit

Well, that didn’t take Joe Biden that long to tick off the Lonestar State and I am sure there will be other states that will soon follow.

Within just days of Biden being illegally installed into the White House, he has hit the ground running with executive orders that will destroy Americans. One of those executive orders drew the ire of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton after Biden signed a 100-day moratorium on the deportation of illegal aliens.

Yeah, you read that correctly.

In just 3 days, Biden has already shown that illegal immigrants are more important than those who are legal.

Paxton wrote in a letter, “Border states like Texas pay a particularly high price when the federal government fails to faithfully execute our country’s immigration laws, I won’t tolerate unlawful acts from Joe Biden’s administration. Today, I am taking action,”

The Department of Homeland Security announced Biden’s action and the ‘logic’ behind it.

“The pause will allow DHS to ensure that its resources are dedicated to responding to the most pressing challenges that the United States faces, including immediate operational challenges at the southwest border in the midst of the most serious global public health crisis in a century,” the statement read. “Throughout this interim period, DHS will continue to enforce our immigration laws.”

Here is more from Epoch Times:

There is no need to “pause” anything; DHS’ border agencies and immigration courts are all up and running and were operating as they were designed to do. The “pause” was Biden’s doing.

The Epoch Times added:

Acting DHS Secretary David Pekoske in a memorandum (pdf) ordered agencies under the DHS to “review immigration enforcement policies and set interim policies for civil enforcement.”

But Paxton said that the administration is obligated to consult with the state before reducing immigration enforcement measures, according to his letter, which was sent to Pekoske.

“DHS’s failure to provide Texas with pre-implementation notice of the memorandum—combined with its quick implementation of the memorandum—makes waiting impracticable. We require an immediate response or we will seek relief to enjoin your order, as contemplated by the Agreement,” Paxton added.

As Biden’s left-wing handlers seek to impose by fiat unpopular and illegal edicts from the Oval Office, expect them to be challenged by red states like Texas the way blue states bucked Trump for four years.
