Judge To Child Molester: “…You May Be The Vilest B***h That I Have Ever Met.”

Tulsa Police arrested a 16-year-old male for the sexual assault of an 8-year-old girl. Police arrested Lynell Hall on a charge of first-degree rape.

Officers say the incident took place August 2 in a semi-abandoned apartment in the 2200 block of South Nogales that, police say, is a popular hangout for teens to “hook up.”

According to Tulsa Police Sergeant, Mike Brown, the victim was at another apartment visiting when she came into contact with Hall.

“It appears as though the victim was at her cousin’s home, and the cousin had some older friends that had come over as well,” Brown said.

Police said the victim knew of the older friends but hadn’t been around them before.

According to the affidavit, a witness told police Hall knew the girl was only 8 years old and targeted her anyway.

“It was clear that he understood that the child was not of an appropriate age and he attempted to minimize the crime initially before finally admitting that he had actually done what he was accused of,” Brown said.

An affidavit of probable cause said she told the defendant to “get off her,” but he would not. Court records state the Hall first admitted to having some sexual contact with the child but said he stopped when she told him to.

He later admitted to having sex with her and said “she was asking for it the whole night,” the affidavit states.

Court documents also state there was evidence of a break-in into the apartment where the girl told police the incident happened.

The girl underwent a sexual assault examination at a Tulsa hospital, and the findings were consistent with being raped, according to the affidavit.
