Joe Biden: “I’m Looking Forward to Appointing the First African-American Woman to the US Senate” [WATCH]

(Gateway Pundit) – Biden’s mental faculties are noticeably declining and the media refuses to raise alarm.

Biden made another ‘gaffe’ during a campaign stump in South Carolina just one day before the state’s primary.

“Well, I’m looking forward to appointing the first African-American woman to the United States Senate,” said Joe.

And the crowd of liberal dolts cheered.

Someone should tell old Joe that US Presidents do not appoint Senators.
