First Democrat Declares Willingness to Become President: Try Not To Laugh [VIDEO]

Add the name of another democratic loser to the growing list of possible candidates for president.  That list already included Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Corey Booker, Elizabeth Warren, Chelsea Clinton and Kamala Harris.

But the latest name to be added to the list after he declared he was interested in being president is Eric Holder.  I have no doubt that he would be as good a president as he was Attorney General.  Of course, that is a ridiculously low bar.

Holder, who was President Obama’s first attorney general, and the country’s first black attorney general at that, realized that in politics he was flying mainly under the radar.

‘Up to now, I have been more behind-the-scenes,’ he told Yahoo. ‘But that’s about to change. I have a certain status as the former attorney general. A certain familiarity as the first African-American attorney general.’

‘There’s a justified perception that I’m close to President Obama,’ he continued. ‘So I want to use whatever skills I have, whatever notoriety I have, to be effective in opposing things that are, at the end of the day, just bad for the country.’

Most recently, the D.C.-based Holder was working with statehouse Democrats in California to rout some of President Trump’s plans.

In Los Angeles Monday, Holder spoke at a news conference held in support of SB-54, a measure that would ban the Trump administration from forcing California police department to aid federal immigration officials in deporting undocumented individuals.

Notice that the left wing press claims that Holder is helping stem the Trump tide in California.  That’s hilarious since democrats in Ca. has a super majority.  It reminds me that during the recent campaign when Hillary’s staffers were desperately trying to find some accomplishment of Hillary’s.  They came up with a Sandy bill that they claimed she fought hard for even though she neither wrote the bill nor co-sponsored it.  The Senate passed the bill 97-3.  How hard did she have to fight?
