Is the Biden administration looking for a method to undo Elon Musk’s perfectly legal purchase of X (previously Twitter)? Today’s unfolding tale reads like a rage.
According to CNBC, the Regime’s SEC has sued Musk because they summoned him in September to appear in a San Francisco court and testify about his completely legal purchase of X/Twitter. He didn’t turn up, most likely because he thought it was a trap.
This new complaint was filed in the same court as the previous one.

The SEC, which has been investigating Elon’s 2022 purchase of Twitter shares, is now suing to force him to testify and comply with their subpoena.

Make no mistake: this is most likely related to Musk’s support for free speech on X and the publication of the Twitter Files.
According to prior reports, dishonest IRS officials even showed Twitter Files journalist Matt Taibbi’s home in order to scare him.
The regime has also filed a lawsuit against Tesla and requested that Musk turn over internal Twitter messages.
And I'm sure it has nothing at all to do with Elon getting rid of old Twitter's censorship regime and releasing the Twitter files which deeply embarrassed the Biden administration.

Just so we're keeping score: The Biden DOJ is suing SpaceX for not hiring refugees, the DOJ and SEC are investigating Tesla, the EEOC is also suing Tesla, the FTC demanded @elonmusk hand over internal Twitter comms and the SEC is now investigating Elon's purchase of Twitter.

Musk replied to today’s travesty by calling for a revamping of the SEC and the establishment of a panel that would take punitive action against anyone who abused their authority.
A comprehensive overhaul of these agencies is sorely needed, along with a commission to take punitive action against those individuals who have abused their regulatory power for personal and political gain.
