A Florida woman was arrested after she was caught showering with a 15-year-old boy.
Ciara Danielle Stokes, 29, was charged with felony lewd and lascivious act on a child after she and the 15-year-old were caught. Stokes, a waitress at the Gold Club in Jacksonville, reportedly went to a friend’s house after work to shower because her camper didn’t have running water.
The teen told authorities that when Stokes first arrived, she began using his phone to browse Facebook for about an hour before the two watched television together. She finally decided to take a shower and asked the teen if he wanted to join her.
The teen told authorities that sexual activity occurred while the pair was in the shower.
“I have never been put in that position before and I didn’t know how to get out of it,” the 15-year-old said.
The boy’s father overheard commotion in the bathroom and barged in, ordering them both to get out of the shower immediately, according to KSDK. He then demanded Stokes leave his home.
Stokes told police she had been drinking prior to the incident and couldn’t remember “everything” that happened. She admitted to kissing the teen, which she called a “bad mistake.”
A similar incident in Florida involved Michael Yensi, 28, of Orlando, who was arrested for breaking into a woman’s home and pleasuring himself while she showered. He fled the woman’s home and was on the run for more than a month.
A police sketch was initially released in an attempt to locate the man before DNA evidence led authorities to Yensi. He was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling with assault/battery and exposure of sexual organs, according to WFTV.
