Another day, another Joe Biden. That’s what it seems to come down to. Do we really think that a man who spent 47 years in the senator is not going to be a master of fraud, half-truths, and outright lies? The latest amazing fraud involves the mess regarding the illegal immigrants at the border.

When Trump was in office, the left spent four years screaming at the top of their lungs regarding “children in cages”. They would hold photo ops and call the immigration processing facilities “concentration camps”, all in an effort to demonize Trump. However, now that Biden is in office, everything just seems to be fine and dandy. Of course, that couldn’t be further from the truth, and Project Veritas is exposing just how things really are at the border under the Biden Administration.

Now that the Biden-Harris regime is firmly entrenched in government, the facilities that were shuttered by controversy have now been reopened. Not only that, but they are operating well beyond their capacity as an ad hoc “emergency intake” center. They are also being constructed in warehouses and churches and even under bridges. There are even situations where the immigrants are being put up in hotels at taxpayer expense! The best way to sum it up is that we are back to business as usual now that a Democrat is in the White House.

Brandon Morse of Redstate commented further on the issue: “Just what is Biden doing? First of all, he is hiding how bad this problem really is. However, Project Veritas has some reason footage that should be of interest to you because it shows just how truly poor the situation really is.”

“If it was just overcrowded facilities, that would be bad enough,” he continued. “But this isn’t the only issue. Now, new facilities are being constructed with plastic fencing, rebar, and a bridge. Simply put, kids are sleeping under a bridge in the dirt while they are being processed. It’s ridiculous, but an apt portrayal from Project Veritas.”

Deny, Deny, Deny is Their Mantra, Even with the Veritas Coverage

There is now a tremendous flood (we have to call it flood because “surge” would offend AOC) of illegal immigrants that are coming to our border. They are coming as a direct response to the policies of the Biden and Harris team. Of course, the Biden-Harris Administration will deny that a border crisis exists in the first place. Additionally, they will refuse to go back to the proven-successful model that Trump developed in partnership with Mexico. And yes, that is a model that even Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador sorely misses as well.

“There were expectations created that the government of President Biden would treat migrants better. This is causing Central American migrants, and those from our country, to want to go cross the border because they think that now it is easier to do so,” President Obrador said. “People aren’t going to the United States because it is fun, they are going out of necessity.”

But remember, whatever you do, don’t use the word “surge” because Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez thinks that is a bad word. “This isn’t a surge,” she said. “These are children, not insurgents. We are not being invaded like some white supremacist philosopher would have you believe. This is not an invasion of who we are.” Oh, brother, the glorified bartender is on her soapbox again.

The GOP Congress Demands Answers and Gets None

On the other hand, we have the GOP congress, which is doing its best to try to get answers. Congressmen Tom McClintock (R-CA) and Jim Jordan (R-OH) are demanding that Homeland Security Security Alejandro Mayorkas show them documentation of his communications with the White House.

They wrote the following to him in a letter:

“As the Biden border crisis keeps getting worse, President Biden and his Administration continue to deny responsibility for the growing security and humanitarian crisis. The fact that they are refusing to accept responsibility signifies a startling change from the Trump Administration and the Biden Administration had been warned that reversing President Trump’s successful immigration policies would cause the border to swell up and create a surge. We are writing so that we can request documentation regarding these warnings.”

Of course, President Biden didn’t heed these warnings. Instead, he signed several executive orders that dismantled the previous administration’s immigration programs.

“We have no consequences any longer,” an NPR reporter observed. “This administration is treating this like it is a capacity issue and not an issue related to illegal behavior.”
