Before a vote on the House of Representatives floor on Wednesday, two conservative firebrands who are both regarded as ardent MAGA Republicans seemed to be at odds with one another.
A report from the liberal website The Daily Beast claims that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. Lauren Boebert engaged in a heated argument.
The meeting was captured on video, and it was clear that the chat wasn’t amicable.

According to The Daily Beast, which cited three sources—two who apparently witnessed the exchange and a third who was “familiar with the matter”—Greene even went so far as to call Boebert a “little b****” during the talk.
President Joe Biden is the target of articles of impeachment presented by Greene and Boebert, who both cite the immigration issue at the southern border. According to reports, Greene took exception at what she perceived to be Boebert’s copying of her articles of impeachment.
Greene also told Boebert she wanted to talk about “statements you’ve made about me publicly,” according to The Daily Beast.
“I’ve donated to you, I’ve defended you. But you’ve been nothing but a little b**** to me,” she said, according to the website. “And you copied my articles of impeachment after I asked you to cosponsor them.”
“I heard Marjorie call Boebert a b**** right to her face,” the lawmaker said, according to The Daily Beast.
“OK, Marjorie, we’re through,” she said, the website reported.
“We were never together,” Greene responded, according to The Daily Beast.
Greene later acknowledged that The Daily Beast’s account of the discussion was correct, according to a tweet by Politico reporter Olivia Beavers.
To be clear, I asked: “Was the name calling correct? There was a Daily Beast story that said you called her “a little bitch.’”

The fight between the two conservative House Freedom Caucus members has been simmering for months.
Boebert described battling with Greene in a women’s lavatory in the Capitol during the conflict over the House speakership in a January interview with conservative radio presenter Dana Loesch. Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California, who ultimately won the speaker’s position, had Greene’s support.
The Daily Beast reports that Boebert chose to focus her political efforts on opposing Biden’s program rather than focusing on her differences with Greene in a statement she released on Wednesday.
“Marjorie is not my enemy. I came here to protect our children and their posterity,” the statement said, according to The Daily Beast. “Joe Biden and the Democrats are destroying our country.
“My priorities are to correct their bad policies and save America.”
