ANTIFA LEADER GUILTY Of Sex Abuse Against TWO Minors In Same Week – Judge IGNORES Sentencing Guidelines, Gives Him Slap On Wrist.
A Multnomah County Circuit Judge completely ignored sentencing guidelines for one of the leaders of Antifa. Micah Isaiah Rhodes was found guilty of two counts of felony second-degree sexual abuse of an underage girl and boy all in the same week.
The Portland, Oregon Judge gave the Antifa leader nothing but a slap on the wrist for his sexual abuse. Looks as if these masked domestic terrorists are held to a different standard than your everyday American citizens.
For the second time Micah Isaiah Rhodes stood before a Judge, ready to go to prison for sexual contact with another teen. For the second time the Judge strayed from the sentencing guidelines that are in place and gave Rhodes a mere 5 years of probation.
Multnomah County Circuit Judge Jerry Hodson refused to sentence Rhodes to 2 years of prison because he believes the sexual abuser is “trying to change.”
“I can tell that you’re sincere and I can tell that you’ve grown a lot over the last couple of years,” Hodson said as Rhodes wiped away tears.
Rhodes was ages 20 and 21 when the crimes happened in 2014 and 2015. He plead guilty to two counts of felony second-degree sexual abuse for having sexual contact with a 17-year-old boy in March.
Only days before that, he was found guilty of second-degree sexual abuse of a 17-year-old girl who he took to the movies and then to his mother’s house where the crime happened.
