An Alabama woman has been charged with first-degree rape and first-degree human trafficking for facilitating the assault after her 87 year old boyfriend paid her to have her granddaughter make love to him. Mary Lue Daw, 66 and her boyfriend, Charles Clarence Stacey were both arrested and are being held in lieu of bail.
An Alabama grandmother has been arrested for allegedly forcing her teenage granddaughter to have sex with her 87-year-old boyfriend.
Mary Lue Daw, 66, is accused of accepting money from her boyfriend Charles Clarence Stacey so he could have sex with the 13-year-old girl.
The couple, who live in Atmore, were both arrested last week and charged with rape and human trafficking.
Stacey allegedly threatened the girl with harm if she did not ‘participate in sexual servitude’, according to WKRG.
Police have not confirmed exactly when the offences occurred.
The girl’s grandmother was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree human trafficking for facilitating the assault.
Stacey was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree human trafficking, first-degree promoting prostitution and enticing a child for immoral purposes.
They are both being held in jail with a bond of $1 million each.
Atmore Police are still currently investigating.
